Mock Neck for Finger Arthritis
“Hole In One”
“With low dexterity due to finger arthritis, it is difficult to hold garments with hands and to don & doff overhead garments.”
Putting on a blouse, zipping up trousers, tying a shoelace: It’s the kind of stuff you do every day without a second thought. However, Middle-aged or older people with finger arthritis are burdened by actions that most people do without thinking. Their fingers can’t bend and move normally and daily activities become difficult. That is until pushing a button through a hole hurts your fingers unbearably and grabbing a zipper pull seems near impossible. This makes it hard to even wear overhead garments worn in winter.

Arthritis limits the activities of 23.7 million US adults.
An estimated 10.4% (20.1 million) working-age adults aged 18 to 64 years reported work disability. Arthritis/Rheumatism was consistently among the top three conditions. Adults with arthritis were about 2.5 times more likely to have two or more falls and suffer a fall injury in the past 12 months compared with adults without arthritis.
